Look At The Lights....

We had the chance to get together with some families that we have been friends with for a long time and go look at the lights in Ogden. We LOVE the Ogden city lights and listening to all the musical performances at the ampitheater. Well, it was bitter cold that night (we are talking single digits) and a couple of the families had little ones. It is easy for me to forget how my kids would have hated every minute of the lights with the cold tempertures. I quickly remembered as the crying started and the begging to go home and get warm started how that time in my life was. I felt HORRIBLE! We were able to get one group picture before we went our separate ways. We will try something indoors soon!


During the same week, I convinved Marcie that we needed to take the kids on a hay ride through the lights at a local park. This was the same week that we still had the bitter cold temperatures and it was cold!!!! We had fun though and the kids loved it of course.
